Shipping And Delivery

We pick, pack and process orders within 24-48 hours excluding weekends, public holidays and sale periods were processing times may be slightly longer.

We are currently using Australia Post’s Parcel and Express service to ship orders out within Australia Only.

Australia Post may still be experiencing delivery delays in certain regions; for the latest information about delays and impacts please visit auspost.com.au. 

By default, packages will be left at the delivery address in a safe place if the added signature option was no purchased at checkout. If there is no safe place or signature is required but no one is home  the package will be taken to the nearest post office for collection my the customer. 

We have no control over delayed deliveries and are not responsible for any lost or damaged items that may have occurred due to Australia Post. Please ensure the mailing address is correct when checking out as we will not be held accountable for incorrect information that has been entered in.
